We have over 40 years of experience supporting customers with a complete range of support options designed to maximize your theater's availability. Our support staff is committed to offering our users outstanding customer support.

Online Support Access

Our Customer Portal gives current customers access to online support services and resources, including documentation, software updates, Help Tickets, the webinar archive and more. The Customer Portal link is the place to login to the support system; once logged in, this is the home page for user accounts.

New users can create an account by clicking on the Customer Portal link and following the instructions; Help Tickets can be submitted immediately, and access to the other resources are available as soon as the new account is verified. Existing users can click on the Customer Portal link to log on and access online support services.
